Project Operations
Projects are supported by Ace & Sons managerial and operations staff, either full or part time, contingent upon requirement of each project. Project managers are solely responsible to all assigned personnel who, in turn, are supported by the management staff.
Project Managers
The project manager is the principle point of contact with all clients. Ace & Sons ensure that the project manager receives the resources and support that are necessary to meet the client’s budgetary and scheduling concerns. Project direction is critical to the effective coordination of activities throughout a project’s life cycle; and is prepared to commit its total resources to any project in order to assure success in meeting the client’s needs.
Current Project Managers:
- Cliff Meadows – Has over 25 years of experience in working with government agencies. This experience includes the following areas: Landscaping, Military Family House Maintenance, Commissary Shelf Stocking, Construction Management & Estimating for projects.
- Pedro Lemus – Has superior skills in Project Management. His management skills & understanding of government requirements make him an invaluable asset to our company.
Full Automation
Ace & Sons office and operations are completely automated. It provides computerized daily and weekly scheduling updates, progress reports as well as computerized inventory control, payroll, and invoicing.
